August 2003

Back for more fun under the sun on August 31, here we have another crew from Absorbtion Systems, led by Juan Alvarez (3rd from right).
Here's Katie from the above crew, shown cranking on a big one.
Happy Birthday Karen!  That's her kneeling on the left with some friends who helped celebrate her special day on a dinner cruise to Mike's CrabHouse on the South River.
And here's a crew from Open Fields Construction, led by Jason Benfield (4th from left) on the way home after catching a great bunch of rockfish on August 30.
Here's a closeup of some of the Open Fields catch.
Here we have the Mike Riley (right, standing) crew from August 28, who spent a great day catching fish on the Worm.
And here's a crew from the Smithsonian Institute, led by Carla Dove (2nd from right), shown with just a few of their fine catch of stripers from the afternoon of August 27.  Too bad that Claudia couldn't make it...
Here's a crew from G & D Decorating, led by Ricardo Cordero (4th from left, standing), who caught lots of rockfish and blues on August 26.
And here we have the Rob Weir (left) crew from August 24, after a great day of catching stripers and blues on the Worm.
Here's the Gary Kelch crew, holding a couple of the larger stripers they caught August 22.
And here's a closeup of a mighty fine striper and a happy young angler.

And here's Amy (left) and Neshat with a pair of very fine stripers they caught trolling on the Worm.
Here we have Bill Waters (right, seated) with a crew from Ameritel on August 1, after a fine day of catching fish and enjoying the Bay.
